- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, pecans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into a ball or log shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
