Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package mini phyllo cups
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo cups.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cups are golden and the filling is warm.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute the cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
