Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
  5. Brush chicken with vegetable oil.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
