Delicious Thai grilled chicken marinated in flavorful spices.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- Brush chicken with vegetable oil.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the marinade according to your taste.
- Serve with jasmine rice and fresh vegetables.
- Use boneless chicken for quicker grilling.
