- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan with the fat side up.
- Pour beef broth into the pan.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake for 4-5 hours until the brisket is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
