Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare lobster by removing tails and cutting them in half.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and cold water.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip lobster in batter, then carefully place in hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Use cold water for a crispier batter.
- Adjust frying time based on lobster size.
- Serve with soy sauce or ponzu for extra flavor.
