- 2 lobsters, halved
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt.
- Coat the lobster halves with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the lobster halves on the grill shell-side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
