Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of coleslaw mix
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of diced cucumbers
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Add diced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes to the mixture.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Serve cold for best flavor.
