- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
