Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Spread the sweet potato mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the marshmallow mixture on top of the sweet potato layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and the topping is golden brown.
