Instructions

  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster tail on a cutting board and cut it in half lengthwise.
  4. Melt the butter and mix with garlic and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Grill the lobster tails, shell side down, for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve the steak and lobster together, drizzled with remaining butter mixture.
