Ingredients

- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add black beans and salsa on top of cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with diced avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Serve with extra salsa on the side.
