- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, salsa, and lime juice.
- Stir in sour cream, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
