Delicious ham and cheese sliders perfect for Super Bowl parties.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on the sandwiches.
  5. Melt the butter, then stir in the Dijon mustard and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
