- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
- Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and spices to the beef.
- Mix well and fill the peppers with the mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
