- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the center and gently open them.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the lobster tails.
- Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
