- 2 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture back into the lobster tails.
- Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
