Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the mixture back into the lobster tails.
  6. Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
