Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot.
- Scoop batter into hot oil, frying until golden brown.
- Let donuts cool on a wire rack.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add chopped strawberries to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill cooled donuts with the strawberry cheesecake filling.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
