- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them down the middle.
- Place the lobster tails in a steaming basket over the boiling water.
- Cover the pot and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- While the lobster is steaming, melt the butter with garlic and lemon juice.
- Remove lobster tails and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
