Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add salt.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Carefully add the lobsters to the pot, headfirst.
- Cover the pot and steam the lobsters for about 12-15 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
