Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter on top of the steaks during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
