Ingredients

  • 1 lobster tail
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. While the steak is cooking, prepare the lobster tail.
  5. Cut the top of the lobster shell to expose the meat.
  6. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and brush over the lobster meat.
  7. Grill the lobster tail for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Plate the steak and lobster together, garnish with parsley.
