Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 pound baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the lobster tails with the butter mixture.
  5. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  6. Grill the lobster tails for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Boil potatoes until tender, then toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
  8. Steam asparagus for 5 minutes and season.
  9. Serve steak and lobster with sides of potatoes and asparagus.
