A delicious and easy recipe for spiral ham.

- 1 spiral cut ham (8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves in a bowl.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
- Brush the glaze over the ham.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until caramelized.
Notes
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
