A spicy lobster roll with creamy sauce and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the lobster meat in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the lobster to the mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Brush the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them on a skillet until golden.
  6. Spoon the lobster mixture into the toasted buns.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor.
  • Can substitute lobster with shrimp if desired.
