A spicy lobster roll with creamy sauce and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook the lobster meat in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain and chop the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice, celery, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lobster to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Brush the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them on a skillet until golden.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into the toasted buns.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
- Can substitute lobster with shrimp if desired.
