Ingredients
- spaghetti – 200g
- olive oil – 4 tablespoons
- garlic – 4 cloves, sliced
- red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon
- parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- salt – to taste
- parmesan cheese – grated, for serving
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until garlic is golden.
- Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with garlic oil.
- Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.

- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
- Use fresh parsley for better flavor.
- Can add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
