- 200g spaghetti
- 1 whole lobster
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Cook the lobster in boiling water until its shell turns bright red.
- Remove the lobster meat and chop it into pieces.
- Add the lobster meat to the tomato mixture.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
