Instructions

  1. Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. Split the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Place lobster tails in a vacuum-sealed bag with butter.
  5. Seal the bag and submerge in the water bath.
  6. Cook for 1 hour.
  7. Remove lobster from the bag and serve immediately.
