Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
- Split the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place lobster tails in a vacuum-sealed bag with butter.
- Seal the bag and submerge in the water bath.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Remove lobster from the bag and serve immediately.
Notes
- Cooking time can be adjusted for more or less tenderness.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
