Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster tails in a vacuum-seal bag with butter.
  4. Seal the bag using a vacuum sealer.
  5. Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the lobster from the bag and pat dry.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lobster for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
