- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, and starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and sugar, and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
- Shape the dough into a heart and place in a proofing basket.
- Allow to proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Score the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
