A simple recipe for steaming snow crab legs.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds snow crab legs
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 1 cup of water.
- Add lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning to the pot.
- Place a steaming rack in the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- Add snow crab legs on top of the steaming rack.
- Cover the pot and steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Check if heated through, then serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
