Description
A delicious snickerdoodle poke cake infused with cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake with a fork.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk with cinnamon and pour over the cake.
- Let it soak for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
