Delicious snickerdoodle muffins with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and milk.
- Fill muffin cups with batter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar for topping and sprinkle on muffins.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Try adding chocolate chips for a twist.
- Can be frozen for later use.
