  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Form small balls of dough and roll them in cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
