- 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie mix, softened butter, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into balls and then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them.
