A delicious snickerdoodle cobbler with a cinnamon twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and water until combined.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- You can add nuts for extra crunch.
