Instructions

  3. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and water until combined.
  6. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
