A delightful twist on traditional banana bread with snickerdoodle flavors.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt.
- Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
