Instructions
- Prepare your smoker and preheat it to 220°F.
- Boil the lobsters for 5 minutes, then remove and cool.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter and mix in lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the lobster halves.
- Place the lobsters in the smoker and smoke for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
