Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Wood chips for smoking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the crab legs.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the crab legs.
  5. Add wood chips to the smoker.
  6. Place crab legs in the smoker.
  7. Smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Remove and serve hot.
