Smoked crab legs cooked in a smoker for a delicious flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and Old Bay seasoning.
- Brush the mixture onto the crab legs.
- Place lemon slices on top of the crab legs.
- Add wood chips to the smoker.
- Place crab legs in the smoker.
- Smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Choose lump crab legs for best flavor.
- Adjust smoking time based on leg size.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
