A small Valentine’s charcuterie board perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of cured meats
  • 1 cup of fresh fruits (berries, grapes)
  • 1/2 cup of nuts
  • 1/4 cup of olives
  • 45 crackers
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cheeses on one side of the board.
  2. Place the cured meats next to the cheeses.
  3. Add fresh fruits in between the cheeses and meats.
  4. Scatter the nuts around the board.
  5. Add olives in a small dish on the board.
  6. Place crackers in a small pile.
  7. Drizzle honey over the fruits or place in a small bowl.
