A small Valentine’s charcuterie board perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ounces of assorted cheeses
- 2 ounces of cured meats
- 1 cup of fresh fruits (berries, grapes)
- 1/2 cup of nuts
- 1/4 cup of olives
- 4–5 crackers
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
- Arrange the cheeses on one side of the board.
- Place the cured meats next to the cheeses.
- Add fresh fruits in between the cheeses and meats.
- Scatter the nuts around the board.
- Add olives in a small dish on the board.
- Place crackers in a small pile.
- Drizzle honey over the fruits or place in a small bowl.
