- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and pineapple.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
