Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus.
- In a bowl, mix asparagus, cherry tomatoes, corn, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and zest.
- Serve warm alongside lobster.
