Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in lobster sauce and soy sauce.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pan.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens.
