Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lobster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in lobster sauce and soy sauce.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Serve with steamed rice.
- Adjust lobster sauce to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
