Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
  4. Place lobster tails on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a minute.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
