A delicious seafood dish featuring shrimp and lobster stuffed pasta.
Ingredients

- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, lobster, ricotta, Parmesan, and egg.
- Place a small spoonful of filling on a wonton wrapper.
- Moisten edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook ravioli for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with basil.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be served with garlic bread.
