Description

A delicious seafood dish featuring shrimp and lobster stuffed pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, lobster, ricotta, Parmesan, and egg.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling on a wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook ravioli for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with basil.

Notes

  • Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
