A creamy and rich soup made with shrimp and lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in white wine, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp and lobster, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cayenne pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend the soup for a smooth texture if desired.
- Serve hot.
