A simple and delicious shredded lobster dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the shredded lobster meat, celery, and parsley.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
- Can substitute lobster with crab if desired.
