Description
A traditional Italian feast featuring seven different seafood dishes served on Christmas Eve.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 lb cod, cut into chunks
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add calamari, mussels, and clams. Cover and steam until shells open.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cod and scallops, cooking until just opaque.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the seafood mixture.
- Toss to combine and serve hot.

- Feel free to adjust the types of seafood based on availability.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
