Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  4. Add the seasoning mix and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add soaked black-eyed peas and lemon juice to the pot.
  6. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until peas are tender.
  8. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve warm.
