Ingredients

- 2 lobsters
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and allow to cool.
- Split lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour lemon juice into the pan and stir.
- Place lobster halves in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
