Description
A delicious seafood boil featuring lobster tails.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 pound shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound small potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut in halves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning and salt to the boiling water.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add crab legs and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Add shrimp and lobster tails, cooking until shrimp are pink and lobster is opaque.
- Drain the pot and transfer seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
- Feel free to add other seafood like clams or mussels.
